Prices and payment
All the prices at https://www.vuxen.com are including VAT. Purefun Group AB is using Paypal as an intermediator for handling payments.
Products are delivered directly to the address you stated when you placed your order in cooperation with logistics partners. Purefun Group AB sends orders during weekdays. If you want your order to be sent the same day you have to order before 2 pm. Orders that are placed after 2 pm on a weekday will be sent out on the next weekday. In order for you to feel secure, we offer you the possibility to track your package with some shipping options.
UPS delivers within 3-5 weekdays.

30 days right of return
Right to return is offered for 30 days after you have received your products. During the period of 30 days, when the right of return is applied, Purefun Group AB will repurchase the products at the value you paid for the products including the cost of freight to you.
30 days right to exchange
You have the right to exchange a product for 30 days counting from when you received the product. When exchanging products you will get store credit that you can use for your next purchase.
Faulty items / RMA
Vuxen offers a 12-month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us immediately about faulty or incorrect products so we can solve the problem for you. Contact us at: email@example.com.
When you return a product or material to Purefun Group AB the products shall be packed in a way that makes sure that they are protected during transport. We recommend that you pack the products the same way as when they were delivered to you and that you use a traceable shipping option.
